By April 21, 2017 No Comments

ELEVEN SPORTS has picked up more LIVE and EXCLUSIVE sports content for fans in the U.S. adding top boxing action including Martin Murray (UK) vs Gabriel Rosado (U.S.), taking place this Saturday in Liverpool, England.

The middleweight battle will pit the two experienced fighters – both of whom have previously been world-title challengers – against each other in the top-of-the-bill clash.

ELEVEN has also struck an agreement with Sauerland Boxing – one of Europe’s leading boxing promotions – for LIVE and EXCLUSIVE coverage of select fights which will be confirmed in due course.

“We are very pleased to continue to build on our rights portfolio in the U.S. with top quality boxing action,” said Danny Menken, Group Managing Director, ELEVEN SPORTS. We are committed to delivering an eclectic mix of emerging and mainstream sports entertainment that the fans want to see and we look forward to adding more premium rights very soon.”

ELEVEN SPORTS secured the Murray vs Rosado fight in a deal with Matchroom Sport, while the agreement with Sauerland Promotions was completed through MP & Silva, the full service global sports media agency representing the worldwide media rights of Team Sauerland.

The boxing content will be available in 50 million homes across the US thanks to the network’s reach through carriage deals including, but not limited to: AT&T, DIRECTV, Verizon, Charter and NCTC.
